The Tanzania Multiple Entry eVisa is designed for eligible travellers who need to enter Tanzania more than once. It can have validity of up to 12 months, but this does not mean you can remain in Tanzania continuously for a year. The maximum stay during each visit is generally three months or 90 days. US passport holders travelling to Tanzania for tourism are required to apply for a Multiple Visa, even if they only plan to enter once. The visa fee is USD 100.
